Marg Kronfeld - Tips for Staying in Shape and Getting Healthy

Marg Kronfeld is a dedicated individual who has put a great deal of effort into the success of her professional career. She received her Business Management diploma from the Auckland University of Technology in 1981, as well as her Bachelor of Commerce degree from Massey University in 1987. She began working in the professional world as an Administration Manager for BNZ, all while still in pursuit of her advanced degrees. She is now the Company Director of BK Enterprises, and has been serving in the position since 2008. She is responsible for nearly all of the daily operations of the company.

When she isn’t working on the success of her professional career, she can be found improving upon her own physical health. She exercises regularly in order to maintain her physical health, and to be able to enjoy the activities she loves well into the foreseeable future. She can offer tips for people looking to improve upon their own health as well.

The first thing you need to do in order to work on your physical health is eating better. Make sure your diet contains the necessary food groups to keep your body naturally energized and ready for whatever life may bring. It is better to eat smaller meals through out the day than it is to eat three square meals.

The next thing you need to do is stick to a strict exercise regiment. Strict doesn’t mean intense, it simply means that you need to set a routine and keep to it in order to really see results. Many people get discouraged within the first couple weeks when they don’t get the results they want.
