Marg Kronfeld - The Ever Increasing Importance of Tourism

Marg Kronfeld is a woman with many interests, including business development and growth, politics, staff development and even tourism. The role of tourism in the economic world is extremely important, and that statement was probably never as true as it is these days.

Despite All, Tourism Thrives

When we are looking at the world, we can see many problems that hamper tourism. Wars, political instability, natural disasters, viruses popping up in new environments, and the list could go on and on. Despite all that, the tourism service actually blossomed since the early 1970’s, making new records almost every year. Just in 2012, international tourism surpassed $1 trillion.

Many Countries Promote Tourism
While in past Japan and the US didn’t exactly do much to lure tourists into their country, this is not the case anymore. Just recently, both of them eased somewhat their VISA policies to promote tourism, a clear-tell sign of wanting to have a bigger slice of the global pie.

Slow Economies Need Tourism
Economies that are struggling for some reason can benefit from tourism. Tourism can create jobs in many different sectors, and brings in much needed revenue.

Traveling Is Still Not Cheap, but It’s Getting Cheaper

Traveling is costly, but it’s on its way to becoming more affordable, especially international travel. With the travel barriers of the past are falling one by one – both in the context of politics and transportation – the industry can continue to prosper.

Marg Kronfeld is an avid traveler who fully understands just how crucial tourism is for the global economy.

Marg Kronfeld - Health Benefits of Skiing

Marg Kronfeld is an avid skier who likes to explore new slopes from time to time. She pursues the sport for two main reasons. For starters, it is an extremely fun activity that can be enjoyed by a wide variety of people, regardless of sex, age and skill level. In addition to this, skiing is good for one’s health.

Bone and Joint Health

Skiing requires the body to move in ways that promote a lot of natural movements. The bending of the knees, the leaning, the direction changes, they all promote the goal of having a better looking and healthier body. When the bones and joints are under pressure, they react by getting stronger. Some forms of exercising are known for their effect of strengthening the bones, muscles and joints, and skiing is definitely one of them.

Cardiovascular Exercise

People who don’t ski often think that it doesn’t require too much endurance. The lift takes skiers to their position, and from that point they only have to rely on the power of gravity, right? Wrong. Skiing is actually a very demanding exercise from a cardiovascular standpoint. As an aerobic, endurance exercise that demands quite a lot from every individual, skiing is one of the healthiest and most effective forms of movement.

Balance and Core Strength

Where skiing trumps almost any other sport barring targeted resistance training, is its ability to strengthen the core muscles and therefore improve the balance. People who ski constantly have to work hard to maintain their balance, using all the little fibers that are responsible for keeping them in check, including the core muscles.

Marg Kronfeld enjoys skiing and has quite a bit of experience on steeper slopes as well.

Marg Kronfeld - Useful Exercises to Help You Lose Weight

Marg Kronfeld is the Company Director for BK Enterprises, and she has been serving in the position since 2008. She is dedicated to her career, and to running the daily operations of the business, including the management of thirty-six staff members. In addition to her career, she is also committed to her overall health. Here are some useful exercises to help you lose weight and get in shape.

Running is one of the most beneficial exercises you can perform if you’re trying to lose weight. Although it can be demanding on the body, if you run with proper form, you can do it well into old age and you’ll get the results you’re after. Running does wonders for your cardiovascular health, as well as your endurance overall. Your body will shed fat in order to make running easier on your body as a whole.

Swimming is another great exercise to practice, especially if you’re trying to avoid the stress that activities that running can have on your joints. Swimming is another workout that will focus on your cardiovascular health and endurance, but the water will act as a cushion that protects the body. It will also add resistance so that your upper body gets a workout too.

Hiking is another great exercise to practice. It’s much tougher than simply going for a walk, and typically it consists of harsher terrain, steep up hills, and quad burning down hills. It will get you the results you need if you’re consistent in your practice.

Marg Kronfeld enjoys being able to get outside, stay healthy, and being active when she has the time.
